The design approach was organically driven and responsive to the emerging market for plant-based food options. Inspired by a treehouse deep in the Mexican rainforest, translucent leaves painted on the wood counter reference artisan methods and natural flavours. A hummingbird motif adds whimsy and ties this location to our client’s wider brand.

The location within the bustling Assembly Chef’s Hall presented unique challenges. The design had to compete for attention while contending with an awkward structural location. Leaning into this reality, our design positions the destination as a hidden gem, taking guests on a culinary journey to discover new treasures.
